Machine Operator
The Company
A world leader in the research, development and manufacturing of specialist dental materials, with products distributed to over 100 countries throughout the world. Due to increase in production, an excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Machine Operator who is happy to undertake machine operating and process work with on the job training.
The Role
Bayswater location, this position will initially start as a temporary assignment with a view to going permanent for the right person. With afternoon and night shifts available, reporting directly to the Production Supervisor, the role will be Monday to Friday where your primary duties will include:
- Use of machinery, including setting up and cleaning machine in use
- Conduct routine testing and record management of results
- Ensure correct raw materials are used during production
- OH&S and SOP (ISO Certified) are adhered to at all times
- Promote GMP, always looking to ensure best practice standards are achieved
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will be given full training together with your manufacturing background we will also require:
- Previous machine operating experience
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Be good with numbers – as the role involves lots of measuring
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Track record for being reliable and punctual
- Available to work full-time Monday to Friday (Afternoon and Night shifts available)
